Club
A club is an organized group of people with a common interest. Common examples include country clubs, golf clubs, athletic clubs, yacht clubs, and much more. The goal of a club is to foster connection by giving members a place to share their passion with like-minded people. Clubs usually have fewer legal restrictions than associations, like HOAs or unions, but they still need rules and a framework to operate well. Clubs have membership requirements, dues, and a structured governance system, including elected officers. Members get access to special events, activities, and gatherings with the club in exchange for their support.
