Elections
Elections are formal votes where members pick candidates to serve in leadership positions, usually on the board of directors for an association. Elections are fundamental to running a fair, democratic association and ensuring the organization’s leadership reflects the will of its members. Associations can conduct elections at the local, regional, and national levels. Every organization does elections differently and according to its unique bylaws.
