Director of Operations, Graduated from American Public University with a Bachelors of Information Technology and has 16 years of experience in the information technology field and 8 years of .Net programming, joining SBS in 2004.  Troy also provides database services and automation for printing, scanning, and reporting activities and maintains the printing and scanning equipment.
