Resource Allocation

Resource allocation is the strategy an organization uses to distribute its financial, human, and material resources fairly. For member association votes, resource allocation has a big impact on accessibility and fairness. For example, allocating resources to a digital voting system can make elections faster and more accessible for members who can’t participate in person or via mail. Organizations have limited resources, so engage members to distribute resources as equitably as possible without burning through your budget.
