Melissa Fiala – Quality Assurance Manager

Melissa (Missy) Fiala, Quality Assurance Manager, joined SBS in July 2015. Melissa has over 10 years of QA experience, including data handling and analysis, reporting and trending, document development and control, auditing, verification, and customer interfacing. In addition, she has ISO Lead Auditor certification. Melissa has a B.S. in Chemistry and Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Jamestown.
